Plans and Services
Etisalat eLife Family starts at AED 359 per month for 100 Mbps with 150+ TV channels and unlimited data. The Neo Home plan delivers 1 Gbps at AED 399 per month with a WiFi 6 router, making it one of the most affordable gigabit plans in the Gulf region.
Premium tiers include eLife 5 Gbps at AED 1,799 per month with a mesh WiFi system and eLife 10 Gbps at AED 2,699 per month. The 10 Gbps plan provides symmetrical download and upload speeds for power users, content creators, and home offices with heavy bandwidth needs.
Plans are available on 12-month, 24-month, and no-commitment terms. All fibre plans include unlimited data, free installation, and a router. Etisalat mobile plans cover 4G LTE and 5G with both prepaid and postpaid options.
Network Performance
The 99.3% FTTH coverage means nearly every residential address in the UAE can access Etisalat fibre. Gigabit connections regularly deliver 900-950 Mbps in speed tests when measured over ethernet. The 10 Gbps tier requires compatible hardware but delivers multi-gigabit throughput for demanding applications.
Etisalat 5G mobile coverage spans Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and other emirates. Mobile 5G speeds typically range from 200 to 1,000 Mbps in covered areas. 4G LTE averages 30 to 80 Mbps across the country.
